Youth Group Bake Sale
Monday, November 19th, 2012St. Gabriel`s Youth Group held a very successful bake Sale on October 28th, raising over $1,100 for the building of basketball courts for the Kiame Village of the Sar an gani Province in the Philippines.

Arrival of the refugee family
Sunday, August 5th, 2012The refugee family sponsored by our Parish finally arrived on July 25, 2012! We thank God for their safe arrival.
A picture taken of them (mother Najat, her three adult children and an eleven-year-old daughter of one of her children), their relatives and old neighbours from Damascus now living in Toronto, and some of our refugee committee members who welcomed them at the airport.
Founded by St. Paul of the Cross, every Passionist takes a special vow to spend his or her energies in promoting remembrance of the sufferings of Jesus, the memory of the Cross, and reflection of the meaning of the Cross for the world.
